Studio

We have three studios located in Toronto, Mississauga, and Kitchener. Our personal training studios are nice alternatives to those crowded health clubs. You will feel like it is your own private personal training studio.  The studios have changing rooms, and private showers.

 

In Home Training

Our in-home fitness training includes the use of free weights, resistance band, jump rope, stability ball, exercise step, medicine ball, and mat. We also design programs with no equipment at all that will give you an extreme workout.


 

Outdoor training

For the individuals who love the outdoors you will love what we have in store for you. Our exercises include core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, and biking. Whatever it takes to make it fun for you and get those calories burning we make it happen.

 

Partner Up

One trainer two clients makes it possible for you and a friend, to work toward similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. The benefits of this is you save money, and the sessions will be fun and motivational.
